Privacy (Privacy Act, 2000). This includes any information or opinion
that can identify an individual.
All collection of personal information will be conducted in a fair
and lawful manner. Information will only be collected if it is deemed
necessary for the completion of a business transaction. Brisbane
Citroën's employees will identify themselves and the organisation,
the purpose for collecting this information, give the client access
to their information and explain the consequences of non-disclosure.
Personal information stored by Brisbane Citroën will only
be used for the primary purpose it was collected. Brisbane Citroën will ensure any personal information collected,
used or disclosed is accurate, complete and up to date, where possible.
